Aluminum Louver Products
The BTI OSL Aluminum Louvered Sign was designed by special request for a pilot car company out west. This company had heard of our reputation for building the best OSL signs in the industry and wanted us to make it. We tried to tell them that it defeats the purpose of saving fuel which is the design premise for our standard signs, but still they insisted. The premise is that air flows through the louvers reducing drag but looking at the sign from a 90 degree angle makes the sign look as though it has a solid background. These louvered sign products are made from aluminum tubing, aluminum plate and sheet and aluminum laser cut lettering manufactured with the finest quality and workmanship. All aluminum products are powder coated to create a superior weather resistant finish. The mounting framework to attach to a luggage rack is made of steel and powder coated twice, a top coat over a zinc primer coat. Download Literature Here.

Aluminum Louver Oversize Load Sign - No Mounting Brackets
The all aluminum BTI OSL Louvered Sign measures 60.5 inches wide by
14.5 inches tall with 5 aluminum louvers welded inside the
framework. The laser cut letters are BTI's own patent pending
design and are removable and replaceable. For those that do not require the luggage rack mounting frame or the
Back Rack mounting brackets, the
BTI Aluminum OSL Louvered Sign is available without mounting. This sign is generally
purchased by those that wish to come up with their own mounting
method. The sign is 5' 1/2" wide by 14 1/2" tall with 5 inch
mounting legs and weighs only
